Join us this summer for an exciting week of fencing at one of our camps! Perfect for beginners and experienced fencers alike, these camps provide professional coaching, skill development, and fun activities in a safe and supportive environment.

 Camp Cost

• Early Registration

(Dec 25, 2024 – Feb 29, 2025): 

$200 per camper

• Regular Registration 

(Mar 1 – Apr 30, 2025): 

$250 per camper

• Late Registration 

(May 1, 2025 onwards):

 $300 per camper

• Sibling Discount: $25 off per additional sibling

What to Bring to the Camp?

All fencing equipment is provided. 

Campers should bring the following:

1. Sport pants or shorts

2. Sport shoes (tennis shoes are recommended)

3. Bottled water (labeled with name)

4. A snack

USA Fencing Membership Requirements

All participants must have a USA Fencing membership. A free trial membership valid for 90 days is available.

Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Requests:• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@fencingTN.com
2. Refund Schedule:• Before April 30, 2025: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.• May 1 – May 31, 2025: 50% refund.• June 1, 2025, and after: No refunds will be issued.
3. Camp Cancellation:If a camp session is canceled by Fencing TN Alliance, a full refund will be issued.
4. Transfers:Camp registrations are non-transferable to other campers or sessions.
